PARAMOUNT Travalex Global (“Us” or “We”) at our absolute discretion, hereby offer our clients (“You”) promotional travel privileges in the form of Travel Voucher in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
1. You will receive a Travel Voucher with a value equivalent to the amount stated in the voucher.
2. You will receive the Travel Voucher via hand and in the form of a unique number (“Redemption Code”) printed on it OR/AND digital vouchers that will be send after completion of registration.
3. You may only use the Travel Voucher when travelling for yourself or others (“Passenger”) by purchasing any of travel package from Us and by giving the Redemption Code to our Travel Organizer.
4. The Travel Voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance (“Validity Period”) or as extended at our absolute discretion. Any Travel Voucher (or balance thereof) not redeemed within the Validity Period shall be deemed surrendered and forfeited.
5. The Travel Voucher cannot be sold, exchanged or refunded for cash. Bookings made using the Complimentary Voucher are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for any other benefits in kind.
6. The Travel Voucher is applicable for the BASE FARE of the ground services. The Travel Voucher DOES NOT include all relevant airport taxes and fees, additional insurance, and other costs of personal nature, including but not limited to additional insurance, passports, visas, and taxes.
7. Any subsequent changes to the destination, flight date/time or name change cannot be paid with the Travel Voucher.
8. We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss), liability, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by You in connection with the redemption or usage or inability to use the Travel Voucher.
9. We retain the right to substitute the Travel Voucher with another of similar value.
10. By utilising the Travel Voucher, You are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.
11. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
